For three years i have had abdominal pain, nausea everytime i eat, head aches, gas and burping, bad acid and?

heart burn, and all my life had constipation, everything i eat makes me sick, some foods even make me get chill bumps and a bad head ache not to mention trigger the pain in my abdomen...i have been to the 4 different doctors about it...all of which see the pain on my face when they press against my abdomen, i have been sent in for an upper gi and colonoscopy only to find a hiatle hernia...i take anti acid meds but i still have these symptoms the pain is sometimes unbearable esp when i get heartburn...a family member said it could be my gallbladder, but my doctor always strays from the topic...waht should i do i have already been to three doctors and my problem has stayed the same...?? any ideas or similar cases????
