If Democrats relaxed their abortion stance, would they gain more in moderates than they lose in feminists?

Well...sorry, you're not going to get moderate views about birth control, abortion, or women's rights from the Ultra-conservative McCain/Palin ticket...Both McCain and Palin want to overturn Roe vs. Wade but because that really can't be done right now, they have decided to follow GWB lead in issuing back-door legislation to deny women the right to choose (i.e., abortion OR birth control). Is that what you want? I'm not for abortion at all - at least not for me, but I can tell you that I don't want someone to deny me the right to obtain birth control pills or condoms either...You really need to look at these issues further... and please, don't tell me that they don't want to limit access to birth control...there was a guy on Y!A who is an ultra-conservative and he provided evidence that Palin was and is for limiting access to birth control....This Republican ticket is hiding something you should know.
