I am 17 years old going to Magaluf staying in the Honolulu hotel, I have been told we will get child bands?

Is this true? and if it is what shall we do? do you think we could bribe the hotel staff with a few extra euros or any other ideas, we are all inclusive and really want access to alcohol, help??
