How many days after my medication can I drink beer?

I suffered "Anaphylaxis IgE mediated" and was admitted to a hospital for 3dyas. I was given a shot of "epinephrine 0.3mg" and subsequently "hydrocortisone 180mg" (2x) 100mg (once). My follow up medication after discharge from the hospital, "Prednisone 20mg" and "cetirizine 10mg" for 7days. I am a beer drinker. How many days after my last medication "cetrizine 10mg" can i drink beer? Thank you very much!
