How many Tylenols would you have to take to ensure death?

It takes an extraordinary amount. I work in a hospital that has a large mental health population and I have never heard of any one being successful in committing suicide this way. And like you said all it does it really damage your liver. It is a very painful physical (and obviously psychological) process of recovery from something like that.
