If this is what all council flats looked like?

They look more like holiday apartments than council flats. I saw a program on TV a couple of months ago about Sandbanks, millionaires are buying up any old property for a fortune so they can demolish them and build luxury mansions. Sir Alex Ferguson is one. The problem is that, with sea levels raising Sandbanks will disappear in the near future, still they can afford it.
