Reaction to benz peroxide facial cleanser?

My skin has been horrible lately so I went and bough some acne wash that contains benzoyl peroxide. I used it every other day along with the same brand facial lotion for a total of 3 times. The last time I used it was 3 days ago. My pores are swollen. I have a strange texture to my skin. It burns horribly. It looks as if it burnt my skin. I went and bought some ponds brand cold cream and dry skin cream for the face. I'm in pain. Any suggestions? I know benzoyl peroxide dries the skin out but like I said, I'm in pain. I'm concerned since I didn't use it but for 3 days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
