Two and a half months after my dad ped away and I can't deal with this anymore.?

sorry to say but at any age death is hard to take !! I lost my mom about 9 yrs. ago.. and by the grace of god and my loving family i made it out ok !! The pain , angry feeling r what everyone goes through.. It's like a roller coaster ride. Up and down !!
