What should I do with the knowledge that most of my visions appear to be coming true?

So far that's 7 doented instances plus numerous others I didn't find important enough to write down. The most disturbing account to come true was the image of my friend dieing. I found a record of a reading I had done two years prior to his death and it had in full detail the hospital room he died in, it's shape, the people standing around inside, the instruments, even the door number matched. There were similarly detailed scenes for two more friends who are now estranged. So what should I do with this information?
