Ear Problems For Years?

Ok so I have a bad hearing problem since I was a little girl, I have had popping sounds when I swallow, ringing every now and then, and I also cant hear high frequencies I have had all these problems since I was a little girl, I have also had TMJ where my mouth used to get stuck every time I would open it, but it got better over the years it hasnt gotten stuck in a long long time but I still have those weird movements in my jaw and sound too. I have had a lot of problems with these but my main concern is my ears and my hearing has gotten progressively worse probably due to having my music so loud all the time.
