Omg. 12 yr old and preggers?!?

well im 13 and my best friend is 12. turing 13 in dec. but last nite she called me and i was sleeping but this morning she called me and told me that she lost her virginity but i thought she was joking until she called me crying and told me everything. now she scared that she might be pregnant. i have no clue what to do.. can anyone help
