What are these pimple like rashes on my 6month olds ?

Please let me know what you find out. My daughter developed these "pimple" - like bumps in her "front" area just this past weekend. I have done the same as you - treated them with Desitin, which they would go away, and then reappear the next day. Would you mind sending me an email when/if you go to the Dr? I am curious now.
